To ensure the proper care and upkeep of the property, Survey 53 may require a refundable security deposit before check-in.

• The security deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
• The deposit is not part of the booking tariff and is held separately.
• Subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property after check-out, the full security deposit will be refunded.
• Deductions, if any, may be made for:
  
  • Damage to the property, furniture, fixtures, or amenities.
  • Missing items.
  • Excessive cleaning required due to negligence or misuse.
  • Violation of the Guest Guidelines or Terms & Conditions.
• Any deductions will be communicated along with supporting details where applicable.
• If no damages or violations are identified, then we would refund the full deposit amount to the guests account
